Position Overview:
This is a vacancy for a hybrid or on-site role at our Office in Amsterdam. We encourage applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of gender identity. As a guideline, you will be on-site in Amsterdam 2-3 days per week for close collaboration and alignment. The remaining days can be worked remotely.As Field Marketing Manager BeNeLux you will own regional marketing for a new territory and build the pipeline that turns awareness into revenue. You will run local campaigns, host Lobster-owned events, represent the company at trade shows, and develop joint activities with regional partners. This is a hands-on, build-it-yourself role for someone who wants to shape a market rather than maintain one. You will report to the Head of Field Marketing.
Ready to make an impact?
You’ll get to take ownership of:
Plan and execute local marketing campaigns tailored to the BeNeLux market (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg).
Conceive and run Lobster-owned events that generate qualified pipeline.
Represent Lobster at regional trade shows and industry events.
Build and manage co-marketing programs with channel and technology partners.
Work closely with sales to align campaigns with pipeline targets and follow-up.
Track and report on campaign performance, adjusting tactics based on results.
Act as the on-the-ground marketing voice for Benelux within the wider Lobster marketing team.
We’d love to meet someone with:
At least five years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in software or technology.
A track record of planning and running campaigns and events that generate pipeline.
An entrepreneurial mindset.
High energy and a self-starter attitude, with willingness to travel across Benelux for events and partner meetings.
Ambition to grow into a leadership role, with the aspiration to build and lead the Benelux marketing team as it grows.
Fluency in English. Dutch and/or French are a plus given the region.
Willingness to travel within the BeNeLux, UK, and Nordics regions.
