BRAND MANAGER | BEAUTY/PHARMACYLOCATION: MULLINGAR | ONSITE(Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar brand management role within the pharmacy, health, beauty, or FMCG sectors.)One of the Ireland’s leading healthcare sales, marketing and distribution companies is seeking a Brand Manager to join their marketing team. This is an exciting time to join this well known and established business as it embarks on a new period of exciting growth.As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies across a portfolio of OTC and Beauty brands to drive growth and maximise market share. You will be a skilled and ambitious individual capable of supporting and growing marketing and brand opportunities across assigned principal brands, pharmacy stores and customer accounts.You will also work collaboratively with the wider commercial team including Field Sales, Key Accounts and Inside Sales Team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans for assigned OTC and beauty brands across all channels and aligned with business objectives.Build strong relationships with brand principals, retailers, and key trade partners and ensure alignment on marketing and sales initiatives.Develop and implement marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on trade marketing including POS, promotions, and in-store activations.Work closely with the sales team to support key pharmacy accounts with tailored brand plans and initiatives.Lead the creation and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, experiential, PR). Oversee product launches, limited editions, in-store promotions and seasonal activations.Oversee digital and traditional media campaigns, working with internal and external partners to maximise impact.Support new product launches with comprehensive 360-degree marketing plans and channel strategies.Work cross-functionally with sales, finance and operations teams.Organise & represent the brand at industry events and trade shows.Experience and QualificationsMinimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar brand management role within the pharmacy, health, beauty, or FMCG sectors.Proven track record of delivering successful brand campaigns and driving growth.Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.Solid understanding of pharmacy trade marketing and channel dynamics.Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; additional qualifications (e.g., CIM) desirable.Exceptional communication, presentation (written and verbal) and stakeholder management abilities.Excellent commercial awareness and full understanding of marketing and role in sales development.
