About the OpportunityThe company is seeking a Content Marketing Manager with extensive experience to elevate its integrated marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this role will be instrumental in developing multiple content channels, fostering brand maturity and consistency, and enhancing the content marketing engine. This is a hands-on, high-visibility position requiring both strategic planning and execution, with close collaboration across executives and a cross-functional team. The primary objective is to establish the brand and content foundations for an innovative, rapidly-scaling, and market-defining business.Key Responsibilities• Developing and executing a content marketing strategy aligned with go-to-market goals• Creating persona-based content for all stages of the marketing and sales funnel on key use cases• Producing high-impact, AEO/SEO-optimized blog content, in-depth ebooks and whitepapers, external sales collateral, videos, etc.• Monitoring sales conversations, industry trends, and the company's ecosystem to craft meaningful content assets that drive engagement with key audiences• Driving campaign effectiveness through measurement of content conversion and testing• On occasion, writing and editing email or web copy for marketing and sales use casesCollaborationThe role will involve close collaboration with:• Product marketing, growth marketing, and partner sales to develop on-message assets for go-to-market campaigns• The external communications leader to ensure consistency in brand standards and overall message• Community marketing to amplify community contributions and the company brand• The people team to align content with the values and culture of the organization and community, and to shape how the company connects with current and potential employees• Customer success, engineering, and product teams to support their audiences and tell their storiesRequired Qualifications• Extensive experience as a brand and content marketer building programs and processes from the ground up and directly executing brand and content strategies• Excellence in all facets of content creation, including creative ideation, project management, editorial operations, and production• A portfolio of compelling content across multiple channels, including blogs, eBooks, podcasts, and videos• A creative and strategic mindset with an experimentalist approach for leveraging content and brand assets to maximize brand impact, reach, and demand generation• Direct experience in enterprise SaaS and networking, or comfort with highly technical audiences and content• Strong communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills• Excellent writing and editorial skills• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment• Experience in both inbound and outbound demand generationAbout the OrganizationThe organization helps companies build and manage complex networks.
