Job SummaryThis role supports a Marriott Autograph Collection Boutique Hotel in the Atlanta market. The position will lead local marketing and food & beverage initiatives to drive ancillary revenue for the property. The right candidate is passionate about food & beverage, creative and able to work in partnership with operational leaders, corporate marketing, and executive stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesFood & Beverage MarketingDevelop and execute marketing plans for all restaurant and bar outlets; focus on local reach, repeat visitation and community engagementPartner with culinary and operations leaders to promote menu launches, seasonal activations and event programmingBuild campaigns that highlight property experiences, brand activations and unique offeringsBring creative ideas for activating underutilized hotel spaces (patios, lobbies, rooftops, event lawns) to generate new ancillary revenue streamsDesign promotions and events built to capture social and PR attentionLocal Market EngagementServe as an in-market ambassador for portfolio of hotels, seeking out new partnerships, local collaborations and cross-promotional opportunitiesMaintain a visible presence with the CVB, local chambers and professional groupsBuild strong relationships within the local community and broader hospitality/F&B scene to source partnership and activation ideasContent and Social MediaWork in partnership with corporate social media team to lead social media content execution for all food & beverage; create content calendars, produce photo and video assets, and manage posting and engagementMonitor channel performance and optimize based on insightsCross Functional CollaborationPartner closely with property operations leaders (GM, F&B Director, Sales) as a trusted, day-to-day collaboratorWork closely with corporate marketing team to ensure alignment on priorities, messaging and campaign executionCoordinate creative needs with internal creative & branding teamSupport PR activations and influencer partnershipsAssist with grand opening plans for any future concepts, including pre-launch storytelling and event planningMay support local sister properties on occasion and as directed by leader. Qualifications3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality or food & beverageOn property hotel experience strongly preferred; understands the operational rhythm of a hotel and how to work alongside GMs and F&B leadersFamiliarity with Marriott brand systems and marketing standards a plusStrong understanding of the Atlanta market and surrounding communitiesProficient with social media platforms, content creation and basic analyticsComfortable representing the brand at community events and networking functionsSkilled at building local partnerships and spotting new revenue and activation opportunitiesOrganized, resourceful and able to manage multiple outlets and priorities.The minimum physical requirements for this position include but are not limited to: Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds frequently to assist guests Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Ability to hear, understand and communicate orally and in writing to communicate with staff, vendors, and guests a normal in-person and phone conversation Ability to bend and twist, push, and pull, stoop, and kneel Physical Requirements & Working ConditionsThe minimum physical requirements for this position include but are not limited to:Flexible and long hours sometimes requiredMust be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 poundsAbility to hear, understand and communicate orally and in writing to communicate with staff, vendors, and guests a normal in-person and phone conversation Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of timeAbility to bend and twist, push and pull, stoop, and kneelPay: The salary range for this position is $75,000-$85,000 annually + incentive eligibility of 10% based on performance.Disclaimer All duties and requirements stated are essential job functions.
