About The RoleThe Marketing Manager owns integrated demand-generation and brand programs for a technology portfolio, translating product positioning into campaigns that drive awareness, qualified leads, and pipeline.The role works across product marketing, sales, content, and design to manage the full campaign lifecycle—from audience segmentation and channel planning through launch, attribution, and optimization across paid, owned, and organic channels.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute integrated campaigns across email, paid search, paid social, SEO, webinars, and content syndicationBuild campaign briefs, messaging frameworks, landing pages, nurture sequences, and channel-specific creative with cross-functional partnersManage marketing automation and CRM workflows in platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo and SalesforceDefine campaign KPIs, maintain dashboards in GA4 and BI tools, and report on conversion rates, CAC, sourced pipeline, and revenue influenceRun A/B tests across subject lines, ad creative, landing pages, offers, and audience segments to improve funnel performanceOwn the editorial and campaign calendar, coordinating agencies and internal teams to deliver assets on scheduleManage channel budgets and vendor relationships, reallocating spend based on performance and pipeline contributionWhat We Are Looking For3-6 years of B2B or B2C technology marketing experience, with demonstrated ownership of demand-generation, growth, or integrated campaignsHands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, web analytics, and paid media platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, GA4, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Campaign ManagerStrong understanding of SEO, SEM, lifecycle marketing, conversion-rate optimization, and multi-touch campaign measurementExcellent written communication skills with experience developing briefs, campaign messaging, email copy, and performance reportsProven ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, vendors, and deadlines in a cross-functional environmentBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceBonus: Experience marketing SaaS, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, developer tools, or other technical products; familiarity with attribution platforms, intent data, and marketing operations workflows
