About The RoleThe Marketing Manager owns integrated demand-generation and brand programs for a technology portfolio, translating product positioning into campaigns that increase qualified pipeline, adoption, and customer engagement.The role works across product marketing, sales, content, SEO/SEM, design, and lifecycle teams to plan and launch measurable programs across paid media, organic search, email, social, webinars, and landing pages. Success depends on strong execution, clear reporting, and continuous funnel optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute integrated B2B and B2C marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, organic content, webinars, and partner channelsBuild campaign briefs, messaging frameworks, content calendars, landing pages, and launch plans in partnership with product marketing, design, and salesManage campaign performance in HubSpot or Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign ManagerDefine funnel KPIs and deliver recurring reports on traffic, MQLs, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, pipeline contribution, and return on spendRun A/B tests across audience segments, ad creative, email journeys, calls to action, and landing-page experiencesOptimize SEO and SEM programs through keyword research, technical recommendations, content briefs, bid management, and conversion analysisManage agency and vendor relationships, campaign budgets, timelines, and cross-functional deliverables from strategy through post-launch analysisWhat We Are Looking For3-6 years of experience in B2B or B2C technology marketing, with ownership of integrated campaigns and measurable demand or revenue outcomesHands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, web analytics, paid media, and reporting tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, GA4, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign ManagerStrong understanding of demand-generation funnels, lifecycle marketing, attribution, lead scoring, SEO/SEM, and conversion-rate optimizationExcellent written communication skills with experience developing campaign briefs, landing-page copy, email programs, social content, and executive-ready performance reportsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns, agencies, and stakeholders while maintaining clear priorities, timelines, and quality standardsBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceBonus: Experience marketing SaaS, developer tools, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or data products; familiarity with SQL, Looker, Tableau, or experimentation platforms
