About The RoleThe Marketing Manager owns integrated demand-generation and lifecycle programs for a technology product, translating audience research and product positioning into campaigns that increase qualified pipeline and customer engagement.The role combines strategy with hands-on execution across marketing automation, paid acquisition, SEO/SEM, content, and analytics. The manager will partner with product marketing, sales, design, and revenue operations to improve conversion at every stage of the funnel.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, paid search, paid social, organic search, webinars, and content syndicationBuild campaign briefs, messaging, landing pages, nurture journeys, and launch plans in collaboration with content, design, and product marketingManage marketing automation and CRM workflows in platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo and Salesforce, including segmentation, lead scoring, routing, and attributionMonitor performance in GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and business intelligence dashboards; report on CAC, conversion rates, MQLs, pipeline, and ROIRun A/B tests across creative, offers, landing pages, email subject lines, and audience segments to improve acquisition and funnel conversionOwn the editorial and campaign calendar, coordinating internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver assets on scheduleManage channel budgets, vendor relationships, and quarterly planning while presenting recommendations and results to marketing leadershipWhat We Are Looking For3-6 years of marketing experience in B2B or B2C technology, with ownership of measurable demand-generation, growth, or lifecycle programsHands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and campaign analyticsProficiency with tools such as HubSpot or Marketo, Salesforce, GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and reporting platforms such as Looker or TableauStrong understanding of funnel metrics, attribution, experimentation, audience segmentation, and conversion-rate optimizationExcellent writing, project-management, and stakeholder-communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlinesBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceBonus: Experience with SaaS, developer tools, cloud infrastructure, AI, or cybersecurity marketing; familiarity with SQL, Demandbase, 6sense, or marketing-data enrichment tools
