This role is critical in shaping how EP² is positioned within the Flex Power portfolio, ensuring clear, consistent, and impactful messaging across internal and external audiences.Following EP²’s recent integration into Flex, this role will play a key part in driving management communications, supporting alignment across teams, and strengthening EP²’s brand presence within a broader global organization.This position requires a highly collaborative marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication skills and the ability to connect strategy with execution.This role will be based in Des Moines, Iowa. Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Communications StrategyDevelop and execute a cohesive marketing and communications strategy and support the positioning of EP² as a key part of Flex’s data center and critical power offeringEnsure consistent messaging across all channels, audiences, and regionsPartner with cross-functional teams (sales, HR, leadership, integration teams) to align messaging and prioritiesInternal and integration Communication managementCreate regular communication cadencesLead internal communications to support EP²’s ongoing integration into FlexDevelop messaging frameworks to ensure clarity, transparency, and consistencyAct as a communications advisor to leadership on related messaging and employee engagementEnsure all communications align with approved messaging and governance processesContent, Brand & External PositioningDevelop and manage EP²’s external messaging, ensuring alignment with Flex brand guidelinesCreate compelling content across formats (case studies, articles, presentations, sales collateral)Drive thought leadership and support PR opportunities in collaboration with Flex communications teamsStrengthen EP²’s positioning in key markets and industriesDigital & Website ManagementOwn and maintain EP² website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand messagingPartner with digital teams to optimize performance, user experience, and SEOSupport integration of EP² digital presence into Flex systems and platformsEvents & Trade ShowsPlan and execute on-site events, customer engagements, and internal site eventsManage participation in industry trade shows, including planning, messaging, and on-site executionSupport leadership briefings, presentations, and event contentMeasure event performance and ROISocial Media & Campaign ExecutionManage EP²’s social media presenceDevelop and execute campaigns to support brand awareness, product promotion, and employee engagementCollaborate with corporate teams to amplify key messagesMarket Insight & Competitive AnalysisConduct market and competitive analysis to inform positioning and messagingMonitor industry trends and identify opportunities to strengthen EP²’s market presenceSupport go-to-market strategies with data-driven insightsHere's what we are looking to add to our team: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.Typically requires 8+ years of marketing management experience.Proven experience in a marketing manager or similar role, ideally in B2B or industrial/technical environmentsExperience in communications or working in a post-acquisition/integration environment is highly desirableStrong writing, storytelling, and communication skillsExperience managing events, digital platforms, and multi-channel campaignsAbility to influence and work cross-functionally across global teamsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
