Job Title: Marketing ManagerEmployment Type: Full-timeLocation: Remote (work from Anywhere)Working Hours: London Time Zone (Standard Business Hours)About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and grow the marketing team at Goat Funded Futures (GFF).This role is for someone who is highly knowledgeable in marketing, understands how to build a brand, generate revenue, and lead a high-performing team. You should be able to create marketing strategies, execute campaigns, and continuously improve performance using data.We're looking for someone who is ambitious, driven, and excited to help build one of the fastest-growing prop trading firms.Experience in a prop firm is a huge advantage. Experience in Web3, crypto, fintech, or prediction markets is also highly preferred.What You'll DoOwning and executing the Company’s global marketing vision, strategy, and growth roadmap in alignment with overall business objectives.Establishing scalable marketing systems and processes to enable sustainable growth.Lead, mentor, and oversee the performance of the marketing team, including internal team members and external partners, such as: Social Media Manager, Affiliate & Community Manager, Video Editor, Graphic Designers, External agencies managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, and other marketing initiativesSet goals and KPIs for the team and ensure they are achieved.Build and improve customer acquisition across all marketing channels.Overseeing marketing budgets, forecasting, and return on investment (ROI) optimization.Grow the affiliate program and build strong partnerships with influencers and communities.Oversee social media, content, email marketing, and website campaigns.Analyze marketing performance and use data to improve results.Hire and build the marketing team as the company continues to grow.Stay up to date with industry trends and identify new growth opportunities.What We're Looking For5+ years of experience in digital or growth marketing.Experience working at a proprietary trading firm (highly preferred).Experience in Web3, crypto, futures, forex, fintech, or prediction markets.Experience building and scaling marketing teams.Experience growing brands from startup to scale.Proven experience leading a marketing team.Strong knowledge of: Paid Advertising (Google & Meta), Affiliate Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, SEO, Content Marketing, Analytics and reporting and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or remote teams.Strong leadership and communication skills.Results-driven with a focus on revenue and growth.Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.What Success Looks LikeGrow GFF's customer base and revenue.Improve marketing performance across all channels.Build a high-performing marketing team.Increase affiliate and community growth.Deliver measurable results through data-driven marketing.Who You ArePassionate about marketing and growth.Ambitious, driven, and eager to make an impact.Creative but also data-driven.A strong leader who enjoys building teams.Someone who takes ownership and gets things done.What We OfferFull remote work environment.Competitive Salary based on experience.Opportunity to work with a global, fast-growing prop-firm.High level of ownership and career growth.Collaborative and supportive international team.
