Shandalf is running this search on behalf of a client, a Munich-based B2B SaaS company of around 140 people selling into public administration, healthcare and industry. They are building out Revenue Operations, and this is the marketing half of that build.I run the search myself, from first conversation to offer. Applications come directly to me and you will hear back either way.Marketing Operations Manager (f/m/d)MunichYour tasksYou'll give ownership to our marketing funnel within RevOps: From campaign to qualified pipeline, the analytical lead-to-pipeline journey across all channels belongs to you. Together with your RevOps team and the marketing department, you'll take our marketing to the next level.* You are the right hand of our VP of Marketing and act as a sparring partner. You translate analyses into clear "so-whats" and decision-ready recommendations, and then implement them.* You manage campaign operations, lead routing, and MQL-to-SAO conversion, and define binding handovers with response times together with RevOps and Sales.* Your analyses of the impact of marketing and partnerships provide the basis for investment decisions.* Partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipelines receive the same operational care, routing, and attribution from you as inbound and outbound pipelines.* Together with our VP of Marketing, you plan pipeline goals for each channel, campaign calendar and capacity, and adjust accordingly throughout the year.* Your marketing automation platform, Salesforce campaigns, and data quality all come together, and you deliver reliable measurements.Your profile* You have 3+ years of professional experience in marketing operations, demand-generation operations, or revenue operations with a marketing focus in B2B SaaS, or you come from a consulting background and manage corresponding projects.* You were fully responsible for a marketing automation platform like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot: campaigns, journeys, data quality, and compliance.* Funnel analytics and attribution: You have set up or further developed models and know the conversion drivers for each funnel stage.* Salesforce practice with leads, campaigns and routing* You measure marketing in terms of pipeline and revenue and make recommendations based on this data.* You have already made handovers between marketing and sales binding, with definitions and response times.* You work with AI daily and build small automations yourself.* You communicate confidently in German and English (at least C1 level).* A plus, but not a requirement: Partnerships or channel experience. Account-based marketing. SQL, Snowflake, or Clay.
