We are building a large, high-performing network of creators, affiliates, athletes, coaches, and culturally relevant talent who genuinely align with our brand and products.The RoleThe Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing will help lead the day-to-day execution and continued growth of the Levels creator ecosystem.Reporting directly to the Director of Influencer Marketing, this role will manage creator sourcing, outreach, relationship development, campaign execution, gifting, affiliate activation, content tracking, reporting, and ongoing talent management.This is a highly executional role for someone who understands both the relationship side and the performance side of influencer marketing. You will work directly with creators and talent while helping build the systems and operating discipline required to manage a rapidly growing program at scale.The ideal candidate has direct influencer marketing experience within food and beverage CPG, sports nutrition, protein powders, functional beverages, dietary supplements, fitness, wellness, or another high-growth consumer brand.What You’ll DoCreator Strategy & SourcingPartner with the Director of Influencer Marketing to execute Levels’ creator strategy.Identify and vet creators across fitness, nutrition, wellness, lifestyle, sports, parenting, and adjacent communities.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of micro, mid-tier, macro, athlete, expert, and emerging talent.Evaluate creators based on audience quality, engagement, authenticity, professionalism, brand alignment, and commercial potential.Outreach & Talent ManagementLead creator outreach, follow-ups, onboarding, and relationship development.Build strong relationships with creators, managers, agents, and talent representatives.Manage active creator partnerships, deliverables, timelines, renewals, and campaign expectations.Help identify creators who should be expanded, retained, renegotiated, or discontinued.Campaign ExecutionManage influencer campaigns from planning through completion.Build campaign briefs, timelines, trackers, and creator deliverables.Coordinate product shipments, links, codes, content requirements, deadlines, and approvals.Track campaign progress and proactively resolve issues.Support product launches, retail programs, seasonal campaigns, events, and major brand initiatives.Affiliate Growth & PerformanceSupport the growth of the Levels affiliate and ambassador program.Ensure creators are properly onboarded into tracking and payout systems.Monitor content output, traffic, engagement, affiliate revenue, conversion, and overall creator performance.Identify high-potential creators and help develop them into larger partnerships.Create clear reporting and recommendations for the Director of Influencer Marketing.Content & Cross-Functional ExecutionWork closely with Brand, Creative, Social, Performance Marketing, Retail Marketing, Ecommerce, Sales, Finance, and Legal.Identify high-performing creator content for paid media, organic social, retail support, and broader campaign use.Coordinate usage rights, content handoffs, gifting programs, shoots, events, and special activations.Maintain organized workflows, creator records, campaign calendars, and reporting.What Success Looks LikeLevels maintains a strong and consistently refreshed creator pipeline.High-quality creators are sourced, contacted, and activated at increasing scale.Campaigns launch on time with clear expectations and minimal last-minute issues.Creator relationships are professional, responsive, and well managed.Top-performing creators are identified and developed into deeper partnerships.Affiliate activation and creator-driven revenue continue to grow.Creator content supports brand, social, paid media, retail, and product-launch objectives.The Director of Influencer Marketing has greater leverage and visibility across the program.What We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator marketing, talent partnerships, affiliate marketing, or a closely related discipline.At least 3 years of direct experience managing influencer or creator programs within consumer packaged goods.Experience within food and beverage CPG, sports nutrition, protein powders, functional beverages, dietary supplements, fitness, wellness, or better-for-you consumer products.Experience working at a high-growth, challenger, insurgent, or emerging consumer brand is strongly preferred.Demonstrated experience managing creators from sourcing and outreach through activation, content delivery, reporting, and renewal.Experience managing multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously.Strong understanding of creator vetting, audience quality, engagement authenticity, content quality, and brand alignment.Experience working directly with creators, talent managers, agents, and external partners.Experience with affiliate programs, tracking links, discount codes, attribution, and creator performance reporting.Experience with Sprout Social Influencer Marketing, formerly Tagger, or a comparable influencer management platform.Experience supporting DTC, Amazon, and national retail brands is preferred.Strong project management, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage a high volume of relationships and campaign details without sacrificing quality or speed.
