Team members collaborate closely with designers, artists, and partners to bring innovative tabletop experiences to market.Role Description The Social Media Manager and Content Creator is a full-time role. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media channels to promote Pandasaurus Games’ titles and brand. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, writing posts and captions, producing images or short-form video, and optimizing content for platform-specific best practices. Short form video and images will also be used for targeted marketing ads and Amazon. The role also involves monitoring social channels, responding to community comments and messages, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with marketing and product teams on campaigns and announcements. The Social Media Manager and Content Creator will help shape the brand voice and maintain a consistent, inclusive, and community-focused presence online.QualificationsSocial Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage campaigns, grow audiences, and improve engagement across platforms.Strong Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging for diverse audiences.Content Strategy experience to plan calendars, align content with marketing goals, and support product launches and community initiatives.Familiarity with analytics tools and reporting to evaluate performance and inform data-driven improvements.Experience with basic graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) is beneficial.Strong artistic background and experience making professional level (both video and static images) content. Interest in board and card games, and willingness to learn the product catalog and player community.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
